Intelligent machines capable of speech are often the stuff of futuristic sci-fi movies, but you can turn any computer into a chatty Cathy. Even though we aren’t yet at the stage with computers where they can interact with us like people, there are a few tools and simple scripts we can write to make any computer that is running Windows speak to us. Step 1. Open Notepad.
Step 1. Copy and paste the exact code given below.

Step 3. Click on File Menu, Save As, select All Types in Save as Type option, and save the file as Speak.vbs or "*.vbs".Message=InputBox("Enter text","Speak")

Speak.Speak Message
Step 4. Double click on the saved file, a window will open. Enter some text in enter text column and click OK.
Now your Computer will speak/talk what you typed in Step 4.

This VBS file can be executed on all versions of Windows including Windows XP,Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
